Amy Buckett

Amy Buckett is a seasoned professional in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology with extensive experience in research, design, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Psychology Product Research & Design at Heidrick & Struggles, Amy leads the design and validation of leadership assessments and manages product lifecycles. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida Institute of Technology since 2017, Amy has received the 2020 Teacher of the Year Award, teaching various graduate courses in Organizational Leadership. Previous roles include Manager of Research & Development at Talogy and Managing Research Consultant at PSI Services LLC, where Amy played key roles in developing innovative assessment solutions and managing global projects across industries. Amy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, alongside multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
