Christoph Themel

Christoph Themel is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Partner at Heidrick & Struggles since November 2021 and as co-Founder and CEO of seedfields since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Christoph held various senior positions at Coulter Partners from September 2012 to October 2021, including Client Partner and Executive Director. Experience also includes consulting roles at RSVP Group and business development at Sharpstream Life Sciences. Christoph's career began in HR consulting at Wieringer Managementberatung GmbH and training and development at ibis acam GmbH. Academically, Christoph holds a PhD in Political Sciences and an MA in Educational Sciences and Psychology from the University of Vienna.
