Graham Kittle

Graham Kittle is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in consulting and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Surf Conservation since March 2023, Graham has been a Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles since January 2014, where responsibilities include leading executive search assignments across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Prior to this, Graham held significant roles at IBM as a Partner, overseeing high growth consulting practices, and served as Managing Director for Lexmark in Australia and New Zealand. Earlier career engagements include directorial positions at PwC Consulting and NCR Teradata, alongside a foundation in marketing consulting at Frank Small and Associates. Graham holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce/Marketing from Griffith University.
