Haley McGloon

Haley McGloon currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Global Technology & Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading provider of executive talent and leadership consulting. Prior to this role, Haley was an Associate in the same practice at Guidepoint, contributing to corporate business development and aiding Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients with their strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes multiple roles, including Associate and Senior Associate in Corporate Business Development at Guidepoint, as well as internships at Colgate University’s Athletics Department. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Colgate University and has gained international experience through IES Abroad.
