Ian Robert Waller

Ian Robert Waller has extensive experience in finance and business operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Operations at Heidrick & Struggles since February 2002. Ian has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President and Global Finance Director for Executive Search, as well as Finance Director for both the Asia Pacific & Middle East regions. Prior to this, Ian was an Accounting Manager at the Royal Opera House and worked as an Accountant at Home Group. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Robert Gordon University.
