Jenni Hibbert

Jenni Hibbert has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the financial services industry. Jenni currently holds the position of Global Managing Partner, Search Go-To-Market at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to this, Jenni has served in different capacities at the same company, focusing on the financial services sector. In addition to their corporate roles, Jenni has also been involved in non-executive director roles at organizations like the American European Business Association and Newnham College. Jenni started their career as a Broadcast Journalist at the BBC after completing a degree in English & Drama from the University of Birmingham and a PgDip in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff University.
