Michael Cullen

Michael Cullen is the current COO at Heidrick & Struggles. Michael has held this position since December of 2008. Prior to their current role, they were the head of the Office of Executive Talent at EMC Corporation from May of 2000 to December of 2008. In this role, Michael was responsible for the recruitment of all senior executives across all business units and geographies. Michael worked closely with the CEO and their direct reports to develop recruitment plans and then implement those plans.

Before their time at EMC Corporation, Michael worked at The Madison Davis Group from January of 1996 to December of 2000 in their finance division.

Michael Cullen holds a MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Purchase College, SUNY.
