Tatiana Furtseva

Tatiana Furtseva is a highly experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Managing Partner for Financial Services Practice in Central and Eastern Europe at Heidrick & Struggles since April 2022. As a certified Executive and Team Coach, Tatiana co-founded Women on Boards Ukraine in August 2023 and holds the position of Membership Officer for the YPO Kyiv Chapter since 2017. Prior roles include Senior Partner and Country Manager at WE Partners (formerly an Alliance Partner of Korn Ferry), and Senior Partner at RosExpert, both specializing in executive search and leadership talent consulting. Tatiana's extensive career also includes managerial positions at Hudson and DOPOMOGA GROUP. Educational qualifications encompass a Specialist degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Responsible Leadership from The Aspen Institute, and a Board Direction program from UCGA/INSEAD.
