William Plomaritis

William Plomaritis is currently serving as Material Manager at Heidtman Steel Company since May 2022. Prior experience includes a position as Buyer at Surface Combustion, Inc. from March 2021 to May 2022, and a notable tenure at Worthington Industries from February 1999 to July 2020 as Senior Steel Buyer, overseeing 15,000 tons of monthly contract and spot order purchases and shipments. Additionally, William led transformation efforts in the Automotive Supply Chain Group and served as the primary local contact for work order setup and scheduling. Early in their career, responsibilities included daily maintenance of a pickling line wet lab. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
