Dayo Aduroja

Dayo Aduroja serves as the Director of Youth & Tech Innovation for Africa at Heifer International, focusing on building external partnerships to advance youth entrepreneurship and agricultural transformation across the continent. Key achievements include leading the design and implementation of partnerships with the Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa and launching the AYuTe Africa Challenge to support young agritech innovators. Dayo is also a board member of Heifer International Kenya and has held leadership roles at UBA Group, where responsibilities included executing a bank-wide transformation program, and Diamond Bank Plc, providing strategic advisory and business development support. Educational credentials feature programs from prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School, Stanford University, and MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos and a BSc in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
