Hervil Cherubin

Hervil Cherubin, Ph.D., MBA, MHA, currently serves as Senior Country Director at Heifer International, a position held since 2011 after previously holding the title of Country Director. Prior to this role, Hervil was an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from August 2006 to May 2011. Hervil's educational background includes a Master of Health Administration (MHA) in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Urban (Economics) and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville, complemented by an MBA from Harvard University.
