Shriya Khadka

Shriya Khadka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and management within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Business and System Analyst for Heifer International since January 2023, Shriya focuses on the Integrated Program Management System. Previously, roles at Heifer International Nepal included Senior Program Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Program Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, where responsibilities encompassed planning, budgeting, and ensuring data quality in collaboration with stakeholders. Prior to this, Shriya contributed to International Medical Corps as an M&E Officer during project close-out and held multiple roles related to monitoring and evaluation. Shriya's career began with a reporting role at the Nepal Forum of Environmental Journalist, demonstrating a commitment to environmental issues. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Development from the International School of Advanced Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University.
