Surojnie Deonaraine

Surojnie Deonaraine is currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition and Development Officer at Heifer International since May 2021, having previously held the roles of Talent Acquisition Administrator and Recruitment Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at Enchanté Accessories and a Fashion Administrative Intern at ModaBox. Surojnie also completed a Digital Ambassador Intern role at Bank of America and a Human Resources Summer Intern position in the HRA Jamaica Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Surojnie holds an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Baruch College, earned in December 2021, and is pursuing an MBA at Southern New Hampshire University from October 2024 to October 2026.
