Taye Liben

Taye Liben currently serves as the Senior Director for the Heifer International Africa Program, focusing on Business Development and Partnership since December 2023. Previously, Taye held various leadership roles at Heifer International from May 2019, including Africa Business Development and Partnership Director and East Africa Regional Business Development and Partnership Director. Other notable positions include Hub Director for Syria at CARE USA, Country Director at Malaria Consortium and Merlin International, and Regional Programmes Manager at AECOM International Development. Taye's early career includes significant roles at The Carter Centre International, consultancy work, and various positions at CARE International in Ethiopia. Taye holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Agriculture and related fields from Alemaya University.
