Carrie Bloss is an experienced executive leader in the nonprofit sector with a strong focus on services for vulnerable populations, particularly older adults and those experiencing homelessness. Carrie holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Science from Carleton College.
