Frank Masters

Frank Masters has extensive experience in branch operations and consumer lending. Frank currently serves as the Vice President of Branch Operations for AL/GA/SC/TN at Heights Finance Corporation. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at OneMain, including District Manager VP- Consumer Lending, where they successfully led a team of over 40 members and exceeded growth and revenue targets. Frank also worked at Citi, where they served as an Area Director- Executive Vice President, overseeing lending and collection operations for over 70 branch offices. During their time at Citi, they significantly increased revenue and successfully implemented corporate initiatives. Additionally, they served as a District Manager for retail and mortgage lending operations in Northern New Jersey markets, where they achieved growth in gross receivables and revenue through expense control and sales effectiveness improvements.

Frank Masters received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Frank attended from 1990 to 1995. In 2010, they also completed the AFSA Management Development Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
