Frank Masters has extensive experience in branch operations and consumer lending. Frank currently serves as the Vice President of Branch Operations for AL/GA/SC/TN at Heights Finance Corporation. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at OneMain, including District Manager VP- Consumer Lending, where they successfully led a team of over 40 members and exceeded growth and revenue targets. Frank Masters received their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Frank attended from 1990 to 1995. In 2010, they also completed the AFSA Management Development Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
