Jochem Gerwen van

Jochem Gerwen van has extensive experience in cost calculation and management in the construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Since November 2005, Jochem has been with Heijmans, serving as a kostendeskundige focused on Utiliteit Services - Beheer en Exploitatie, as well as holding positions as Hoofdcalculator managing long-term maintenance budgeting and leading the calculation team, and as a Senior calculator for architectural calculations of various utility buildings. Prior to this, Jochem worked at Vlasco Bouw from August 2003 to October 2005 as a calculator/planvoorbereider for residential construction projects, and at Moeskops' Bouwbedrijf B.V. from January 2001 to July 2003 as a calculator for housing and smaller utility projects. Jochem holds a BS in Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde from Hogeschool Brabant and an MTS in bouwkunde from Technisch Lyceum Eindhoven.
