Ted Gebacz

Ted Gebacz has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Ted currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Heil Environmental since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at OPW, a Dover Company from January 2020 to June 2021. From 2014 to 2020, Ted worked at Heil Environmental as the Sr. Operations Director Dover - ESG. Before that, they were the Operations Director at Intergroup International from October 2012 to June 2014. Ted also served as the Managing Partner at Girard Machine Company from December 2008 to January 2013. From January 2006 to January 2008, Ted worked as the Plant Manager/Operations Director at DESTACO. Ted held the role of Value Stream Manager at Terex Corporation from January 2005 to December 2006. Ted's early work experience includes tenure at Delphi, where they held various positions from August 1994 to January 2006.

Ted Gebacz has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Ted also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations and Finance from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001.
