Ryan Stoltenberg

Ryan Stoltenberg is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in energy and sustainability. Since January 2019, Ryan has held multiple roles at Heila Technologies, including Project Operations Lead and Field Support Engineer, where responsibilities included installing and integrating controllers and electrical equipment while coordinating with software engineers. Prior experience at Wooster Engineering from July 2014 to September 2019 as Program Manager involved overseeing the Stone Edge Farm Microgrid Project and fostering relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Ryan's technical expertise is further supported by hands-on experience as an Energy Technician, where skills in installing solar panel arrays and working with battery systems were developed. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at California State University, Chico, Ryan also holds a Professional Science Master's in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Earth Resources from the same institution.
