Shashank Shinde

Shashank Shinde is a Senior Project Engineer at Heila Technologies, a Kohler Company, since November 2022, following a role as Microgrid Application Engineer at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior to this, Shashank served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Energy Production & Infrastructure Center (EPIC) from August 2019 to July 2021, and held teaching assistant positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte during 2020. Shashank began their professional career as a Product Manager at Voltamp Solar Panacea from September 2017 to June 2019 and completed a project internship at the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics in 2016. Additionally, Shashank was the Event Management Committee Head for the Electronics and Telecommunication Students Association from July 2015 to May 2016. Shashank holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2013-2017).
