Kazim Dogan

Kazim Dogan has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Kostendeskundige at Heilijgers since January 1999, focusing on new construction, renovation, restoration, transformation, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Kazim gained experience as a stagiair in project management and preparation at Heijmans (Van Zwol bv) from January to June 1998. Kazim holds an Ingenieur degree in Architectuur en bouwtechniek from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed various specialized training programs, including Bouwkostendeskundige and Allround calculator B&U at BOB Opleiding, as well as additional courses in safety, environmental management, and effective communication.
