Birgit Andersen

Birgit Andersen is currently the Director of Quality and Operations Europe at Heilind Electronics Europe, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte at Heilind Electronics Europe from 2013 to 2022, where they were responsible for implementing a quality management system and overseeing external audits. Birgit's career in quality management began at Panasonic Electric Works Europe AG, where they worked from 2004 to 2011 as General Manager Quality, successfully implementing ISO-based quality systems across Europe. They also undertook freelance work in quality management from 2011 to 2013.
