Einar von Ubisch has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Einar started their career in 1992 as a Works Manager at Jømna Brug AS, where they streamlined manufacturing processes and ensured timely delivery of high-value projects.

In 2000, Einar joined Mikron Oslo AS as a Quality Engineer, where they focused on maintaining project and product quality throughout the product lifecycle. Einar gained practical experience in high-volume manufacturing, process optimization, and statistical process control.

From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Manufacturing Consultant and Project Leader at Nycomed Pharma AS. Einar successfully managed two major projects, which involved constructing a centralized room for powder granulate weighing and relocating production equipment. Einar excelled in supplier management, ensuring deliveries were timely and installations were completed according to technical specifications.

In 2003, Einar transitioned to TANDBERG Telecom AS as a Sourcing Manager. Over the course of seven years, they led a global sourcing team and was responsible for procurement strategy. Einar sourced and qualified contract manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, contributing to the company's success.

From 2011 to 2014, Einar worked as a Procurement Manager at PGS Geophysical AS, where they played a significant role in sourcing needs for operations. Einar sourced and evaluated suppliers, implemented IT-tools and KPIs, and managed contracts.

From 2015 to 2016, Einar served as Innkjøpssjef (Procurement Manager) at Astrup AS, responsible for the Metal and Plastic division. Although the procurement department's strategy was postponed, they worked towards moving the company towards strategic procurement and sourcing.

In 2016, Einar joined Huddly as a Business Operations Manager, overseeing global supply chain and manufacturing operations. Einar managed contracting and negotiations, planned and forecasted for NPI and sustaining projects, and collaborated closely with different departments and stakeholders.

Most recently, Einar took on the role of Head of Supply Chain & Production at Heimdall Power AS in 2020. Einar is responsible for contract manufacturing, planning, and supplier sourcing and negotiation. Einar ensures quality, capacity, and scalability in the global supply chain, resulting in timely deliveries to domestic and international customers.

Einar von Ubisch has a diverse education history spanning different fields of study. Their earliest education began in 1986 at Elverum Videregående Skole, where they obtained a degree as a Møbelsnekker (furniture carpenter) in 1989. During the same period, from 1989-1991, they also attended Sykkylven Tekniske fagskule, a Technical School, to study Driftstekniker.

Following this, Einar pursued further education in Carpentry at Folkeuniversitetet (Public University) from 1989 to 1996, culminating in their obtaining a Mesterbrev (Master joiner's certificate). Finally, from 1996 to 2000, they attended the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
