Bob Shannon

Bob Shannon has extensive experience in business coaching and financial services, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Business Coach at HeimLantz, P.C., since January 2018, Bob succeeded in selling First & Main Business Advisors to the firm, collaborating with CEO Carter Heim to enhance their coaching division. Previous roles include ownership of First & Main Business Advisors, co-founding Biz Books Briefs, and holding leadership positions such as Regional Vice President at Principal Residential Properties, Inc., and First Vice President at Wachovia Securities, LLC. Bob has also been a Senior VP at First Commonwealth Financial Corp. and a Vice President at Paine Webber Real Estate Securities, along with earlier positions at Lehman Brothers and United Airlines. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. John's University and a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University.
