Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Small Business Consultant at Simple & Strategic from October 2015 to June 2022 and owned Annapolis Saladworks from 2010 to 2015. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami University and is a graduate of Severn School.
