Radana Kostruhová

Radana Kostruhová is currently the Human Resources Director at Heimstaden Czech. With a background in various HR roles at companies such as AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe and Mölnlycke Health Care, Radana brings a wealth of experience in HR management, shared services, and internal communication. Prior to their HR roles, Radana also has experience in quality management at Continental Automotive Czech Republic and Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro. With a university degree in Animal Breeding, Radana also has a strong educational background from institutions such as VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and Charles University.
