Paul Spina

Paul Spina began their work experience as an Operations Intern at Van Wagner in 2005. Paul then worked as a Financial Controller and Assistant Project Manager at SELECTRIC ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING CO INC from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Project Manager at King C Ironworks until 2013. Paul then joined Van Wagner again in 2013 as a Project Manager, overseeing design and development teams for construction projects in professional sports facilities. Paul worked on major projects such as the US Bank Stadium and SunTrust Park. In 2015, Paul joined WeWork as a Senior Development Project Manager in NYC until 2018. Paul then became the Development Director for the Tri-State region for a short period before being promoted to Sr Director and Head of Project Delivery - EMEA, a role they held until 2020. Paul is currently the Chief Asset Management & Development Officer at Heimstaden, the largest private residential platform in Europe, where they focus on acquiring, developing, and managing housing and premises.

Paul Spina attended Fordham University, where they studied Economics. Paul also completed a Certificate Program in Construction Project Management at Pace University. In 2005, they enrolled at Wake Forest University to continue their Economics studies. Paul Spina also attended The Loyola School, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
