Joe Dininger

Joe Dininger is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Product Development and Quality Assurance Manager for Heine Brothers' Coffee since February 2014. Joe manages the food and drink menu for 16 coffee shops, conducts market analysis to develop relevant menu items, and collaborates with external partners on new offerings. Additionally, Joe has successfully increased limited-time offer (LTO) sales through strategic marketing and quality assurance initiatives. Previous roles include Training/QC Manager, Store Manager, Barista, and Head Trainer, where Joe developed training programs, ensured coffee quality standards, and fostered a positive company culture. Joe has presented at industry events and holds a BA in Urban and Economic Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
