Katja Markatos

Katja Markatos has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Katja started their career in 2002 as a Senior Financial Controller at ANSYS Germany GmbH and held the position until 2008. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at LTN Servotechnik GmbH as the Senior Director Finance and later became the Bereichsleiterin Finanzen (Senior Director Finance). Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance, IT-BS, HR & Legal at HEINE Optotechnik, where they have progressively taken on more responsibilities since 2021.
