Justyna has previously held similar roles at The HEINEKEN Company and has experience as a Senior Sourcer at Deloitte UK and Alexander Mann Solutions, focusing on high-volume recruitment and strategic sourcing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University and an Erasmus program at Charles University.
