Armando Hernández Flores is a professional with extensive experience in risk management and process improvement, currently serving as the Risk Monitoring Coordinator at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since July 2021, where leadership in the Fraud Awareness Initiative enhances compliance and awareness among 16,000 employees. Previously, Armando interned in Process Excellence at HEINEKEN MÉXICO, contributing to efficiency and risk mitigation efforts. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the Global Classrooms International Model United Nations, Vice President of Civic Engagement at FETEC Monterrey, and roles in event strategy and operations at INCmty. Armando holds a Master's degree in Finance from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
