Viridiana Torres

Viridiana Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social development, operational strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Social Development Leader at HEINEKEN MÉXICO since March 2021, Viridiana plays a key role in TPM, Production, and Human Resources. Previously, as a Packaging Leader from March 2011 to September 2018, Viridiana coordinated the implementation of TPM in the Brewery and contributed to strategic planning initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles in organizational development, communication, labor relations, and human resources analysis at Manpower from February 2006 to February 2011. Viridiana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Tecmilenio (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico Nacional de México (2003-2006).
