Alexander de Carvalho

Alexander de Carvalho is a distinguished leader in the technology and public service sectors, currently serving as CEO and CIO of PUBLIC since December 2016, where the focus is on digitally-enabled public services. In addition to these roles, Alexander has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum since March 2021 and holds the position of Executive Chairman at Eva Health Technologies. Alexander also chairs The GovTech Summit and has served as a Non-Executive Director at HEINEKEN and previously at Doctify and Lagunitas Brewing Company. Alexander's career began in private equity, with positions at Lion Capital and Bank Gutmann. An alumnus of Harvard University, Alexander earned a BA in History.
