Nghi Truong

Nghi Truong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Labor & Industrial Relations at HEINEKEN Vietnam since January 2019, Nghi has held various roles within the company, including Labor & Industrial Relations Manager and Senior HRBP Manager, as well as a previous position as Human Resources Business Partner at The HEINEKEN Company in Singapore. Nghi's career in human resources began at KINHDO CORPORATION, where responsibilities included Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager. Additionally, Nghi has maintained a role as an Employment Lawyer since August 2010. Nghi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, obtained from 1998 to 2003.
