Thong Hoang Xuan

Thong Hoang Xuan is an accomplished professional in the brewing industry with extensive experience in production and quality management. Currently serving as the Senior Production Brewing and Utility Process Manager at HEINEKEN Vietnam, Thong is responsible for overseeing the nationwide Brewing and Utility processes. Previously, Thong held various technical and managerial roles within HEINEKEN Vietnam and Multi Bintang Indonesia, focusing on quality assurance, safety, and process optimization. With a strong educational background in Environmental Chemistry from Umeå University and Stockholm University, Thong also enhanced management skills through an Executive MBA program at the Paris Graduate School of Management.
