Andre Carriel

Andre Ap Carriel currently serves as a Production Supervisor at The HEINEKEN Company since October 2022, overseeing the management of beverage packaging lines to optimize volume output while minimizing costs and waste, ensuring the safety and integrity of staff, as well as meeting product quality and environmental standards. Prior to this role, Andre accumulated significant experience at Grupo Petrópolis from December 2006 to October 2022 in various maintenance positions, including Maintenance Mechanic and Industrial Maintenance Technician. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNIESP, a degree in Industrial Technology from IFSP Boituva, and has completed postgraduate studies in Maintenance Management and Strategic Planning Management. Andre is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, with an expected completion date of December 2026.
