Frank Rubie

Frank Rubie is a seasoned professional in procurement and consultancy with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the GPM Source-To-Pay Stream Lead at The HEINEKEN Company since April 2018, Frank also held positions as BASE Standing Organization Source-to-Pay Stream Lead and Procurement Consultant (NAV). Prior experience includes roles as Expert Dynamics NAV and Senior Navision Consultant at Ctac, as well as Navision Consultant at Columbus IT Partner. Frank's career began as a Movex Consultant at Alfa-Beta Solutions and encompassed earlier positions at Qurius and Caesar Group as a Navision Consultant and Developer, respectively. Frank holds a Drs in Bedrijfskunde from Erasmus University Rotterdam, obtained between 1989 and 1995.
