Herman Rolfers

Herman Rolfers is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and human resource innovation. Since 2017, Herman has served as the Director of Global Digital HR Transformation at The HEINEKEN Company, where pioneering digital initiatives earned multiple accolades, including the 2024 Technology Award for Best Transformation & Innovation Enabled by HR Using Technology and the 2021 SAP Best of Customer Success Award for Best Human Experience. Additionally, Herman is the Founder and Chair of the SAP SuccessFactors European Customer Community and has held significant HR roles at organizations such as Aegon, Merck, TNT, and BNP Paribas. Educational achievements include a Master's degree from the University of Amsterdam and leadership programs at esteemed institutions such as IMD and Duke University.
