Isabelle Hu

Isabelle Hu currently serves as the Revenue Management Regional Head for Africa & Middle East at The HEINEKEN Company, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Isabelle worked at PepsiCo as the Director of Import Food, overseeing the end-to-end import business and strategic development. From March 2018 to February 2022, Isabelle was the Global Director of Strategic Revenue Management for APAC at Mars, leading efforts to advocate for strategic revenue management capabilities across the organization. Isabelle's career at The Coca-Cola Company spanned over a decade, where positions included Director of Revenue Growth Management and several roles within Revenue Growth Management and Route-To-Market. Isabelle began her career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Baosteel Group Co. and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fudan University.
