Janne Schilling

Janne Schilling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Global Director of Customer Service and Logistics at The HEINEKEN Company since September 2016, Janne has held multiple leadership roles focused on improving global customer service capabilities and enhancing logistics programs. Prior experience includes strategic positions at Systems Evolution, Inc., CVS Caremark Corporation, and several academic roles as an adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island, where Janne taught business logistics and supply chain management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and a Global MBA in International Business Studies from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish from Ruhr University Bochum.
