Jawade Malek is currently serving as the TPM Capability Development Lead at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2022, following a role as People and Organization Development Manager at Brasseries et Limonaderies du Burundi Brarudi S.A. from January 2021 to February 2022. Prior experience includes leading the Inclusion & Diversity Program and working as a Project Management & Training Coordinator at Brasserie Almaza-Heineken Lebanon between January 2019 and June 2021, along with roles in quality control and learning management at various organizations. Academic credentials consist of a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, along with multiple professional certifications in leadership, change management, and quality assurance.
