Sasha L. Heinz

Dr. Sasha Heinz, an Assistant Instructor in positive psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania, helps young women find joy, well-being, and direction as a Life Coach. She received a Bachelor of Arts in social anthropology from Harvard University, a Master in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate in developmental psychology from Columbia University.

She joined her husband, Mr. Christopher Heinz, and his family on The Heinz Endowments board in October 2008. As a board member, her interests include grantmaking that improves the lives of children and young women. She also focuses on education in the Pittsburgh region, especially efforts that encourage innovation to improve learning.
