Katharina Kalka

Katharina Kalka's work experience includes being the Global Head of QA & QM at HEINZ-GLAS Group since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Gerresheimer from 2012 to 2017 as the Head of Quality Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for people management, analyzing information, reporting research results, promoting process improvement, and managing processes. Katharina also had experience in quality and customer service, global quality & improvement projects, and supplier audits and assessment.

Katharina Kalka obtained a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the years 2001-2007. Katharina also holds additional certifications including being a Qualified Person/ Sachkundige Person from CONCEPT HEIDELBERG GmbH in 2022, a Certified Six Sigma Champion from Emergn in 2021, a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Emergn in 2021, a Validierungsbeauftragte in der pharmazeutischen Industrie from CONCEPT HEIDELBERG GmbH in 2021, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Emergn in 2020.
