Chaim van Leeuwen

Chaim van Leeuwen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chaim started their career at KPMG accountants as an assistant auditor, where they gained experience in preparing and executing audits on financial statements. Chaim then moved on to KPMG Ebbinge, currently known as Ebbinge & Company, where they worked as a financial controller and played a key role in restoring profitability.

Chaim later joined Crediam Holding N.V. as a controller, where they achieved significant milestones such as selling the commercial consumer financing portfolio and managing data conversion. Chaim also transferred all savings activities to an external bank and implemented new processes as an intermediary for account owners.

Following their time at Crediam, Chaim worked at Ajax Chubb Varel / UTC Fire & Security as a controller. Here, they improved the company's margin by approximately 5% through enhancing the cost estimation process and execution.
