Maurice Spaar

Maurice Spaar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. Currently serving as the Group Accounting and Reporting Manager at HeiQ since June 2020, Maurice manages financial consolidation for over twenty legal entities globally and oversees the financial sections of the annual report in compliance with IFRS. Prior roles include positions at EY, where Maurice advanced from Assistant to Senior and Assistant Manager in Assurance, focusing on external audits and regulatory compliance across various business sizes. Maurice also has experience in group controlling at MULTIVAC Schweiz and PUMA Group, and began a career in financial roles with earlier positions such as Junior Controller and Tax Accountant. Maurice holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance, is a certified Swiss CPA, and has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
