Annalise Shaw

Annalise Shaw has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager at Heirloom Hospitality since June 2022. Prior to this role, Annalise held positions as Chief Operating Officer of HA and Front of House Director for Les Gourmets at The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University from August 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Annalise served as President at Michigan State for the Society For Hospitality & Foodservice Management from May 2020 to June 2022. Educationally, Annalise earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Michigan State University in 2022.
