Jessica Swanson

Jessica Swanson has a wide range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jessica is currently the Director of Culture and Team Leadership at Heirloom Hospitality since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a YB12 Corporate Coach at YB 12 since November 2016. Jessica also has their own consulting company called Pivetta Swanson Coaching & Consulting, where they have been a Hospitality Consultant since November 2016, specializing in food and alcohol safety training, training content analysis and development, and hospitality and customer service seminars. Additionally, Jessica has served as an Instructor for ServSafe Food Protection Manager and Servsafe Alcohol since November 2007. Jessica has also held positions as the Director of Training at Zoup! Eatery from October 2015 to January 2017, and as a Regional Trainer for Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2015. Jessica started their career at Outback Steakhouse Inc. in 1999, where they worked as a Bartender, Trainer, and Manager until November 2005. Jessica then became a Regional Service Technician for Outback Steakhouse Inc. from November 2005 to October 2012.

Jessica Swanson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Eastern Michigan University from 2007 to 2011. In 2008, they graduated from Showtenders Cocktail College. Jessica conducted/facilitated the True Colors Personality Assessment Workshop at Spectrum of Success Leadership in 2005. From 2002 to 2004, Jessica attended Central Michigan University. In 2004, they obtained an Esthetician License from L'esprit Academy, specializing in Skin Care.

In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained an Instructional Design certification from ATD Dallas in June 2019. In June 2017, they received a Training and Gamification Certification Level 1 from Sententia Gamification. Jessica also holds certifications as a Servsafe Alcohol Instructor from the Michigan Liquor Control Commission and MRA, and as a Servsafe Instructor/Proctor from the National Restaurant Association. Additionally, Jessica is a True Colors Personality Workshop Facilitator certified by True Colors International.
