Andy Dubel

Andy Dubel is the current Head of Engineering at Heirloom. Prior to this, they were the Director of Automation Controls Engineering at Plenty from June 2018 to June 2021. At Tesla, they held the positions of Control Engineering Senior Manager from April 2017 to April 2018 and Equipment Engineering Manager from March 2015 to February 2017. Their other previous positions include Senior Manager Systems Engineering at Boston Scientific from January 2005 to February 2015 and Controls Engineer Intern at Loram from January 2004 to December 2005.

Andy Dubel studied electrical engineering at the University of Minnesota and earned a Bachelor of Science in the field.

Andy Dubel reports to Shashank Samala, CEO. They work with Noah Mcqueen - Head of Research & Process Engineering, Max Scholten - Head of Commercialization, and Mireille Ghoussoub - Senior Process Engineer.
