China Westfall has a wealth of experience in the human resources and legal fields. In 2021, they began working as a Manager of People Ops at Heirloom, a company on a mission to accelerate the planet's transition to a carbon negative society. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP, where they partnered and strategized with HR professionals and executives to understand organizational needs and problem solve at all stages of the employee life cycle.
