Kaleigh de Palézieux has a strong background in customer support and care. Kaleigh started their career as a Crisis Counselor at Options Community Services Society, where they provided empathetic support to individuals in need. Kaleigh then worked as a School Administrator at Tom Lee Music, managing the day-to-day operations of a music academy.
Kaleigh transitioned into the tech startup scene, working as a Guru and later Squad Leader at Shopify. In these roles, they provided customer service and technical support, as well as coaching and mentoring team members. Kaleigh also held leadership positions at RareLogic Inc., where they served as Director of Customer Care and Customer Support Lead.
In 2019, Kaleigh joined Rewind as the Head of Customer Support, responsible for implementing support strategies, managing teams, and driving customer advocacy. Kaleigh also worked as an Independent Consultant, leveraging their expertise in support networks to help businesses build effective customer support teams.
Currently, Kaleigh is the Director of Client Experience at Haloo, a trademark search and registration platform aimed at supporting small businesses. Kaleigh is focused on removing barriers to entrepreneurship and improving SMBs' success rates by reducing trademark infringement.
Kaleigh de Palézieux pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Kaleigh attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
